Our company was established in 2015 by Luke Cotton, a Melbourne-based carpenter by trade and a registered builder. His life partner Monique, our executive director with ambition and drive bigger than Ben Hur, joined the venture as the business grew strength-to-strength.
Luke and Monique’s mission is to create a people-first business where people are valued and respected no matter their role in the project journey. They are passionate about making an impact on the construction industry and setting the benchmark for operational efficiencies and client experience. A motivated and hard-working individual, Luke, our Managing Director, believes in leading by example. Luke started his career in construction as an Apprentice Carpenter shortly after finishing school, becoming a qualified Carpenter and subsequently obtaining his Domestic Builder's License in 2015.
